Customer Reviews
Mostly positive experience
I bought the SELANA Alpha and a kettingslot. The scooter itself is great; the RDW approval definitely gives peace of mind and the ride is comfortable with the air tires. Delivery was within the promised timeframe, but the tracking updates weren't super frequent. Customer service was helpful when I called about a minor question regarding the display, though I had to wait a bit on hold. Overall, a solid product and a decent shopping experience, but a bit more detailed tracking would be a small improvement.
Good first experience
I bought the SELANA Alpha electric scooter last month. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, and it shipped within a couple of days. Delivery took about 5 business days to get to me, which was reasonable. I had a quick question about the display protector installation and their customer support responded to my email the next day with clear instructions. The scooter itself feels well-built and the RDW approval was a big plus for me, knowing it's fully legal. The air tires make for a smoother ride than I expected.
Good value with discount
I was looking for a legal e-scooter and the Selana Alpha caught my eye. I waited for one of their seasonal sales and managed to snag it with a 'voorjaarsactie' discount. It wasn't a huge amount off, maybe 8%, but every bit helps. The ANWB insurance option was also a big factor in my decision, adding to the overall value. For the price I paid, considering the RDW approval and build quality, it felt like a worthwhile purchase. The savings made it an easy choice.
Consistent quality as always
This is my third purchase from Selana, this time another Alpha for my partner. I've always been happy with their products. The process was just as smooth as my previous orders. They're consistently reliable, and the scooters hold up well. It's why I keep coming back, frankly. Plus, knowing they're legal for use here is a huge convenience.
Alpha scooter is fun
Got myself a Selana Alpha electric scooter and it's pretty sweet. I use it for my commute to work and it's been great. Just hops on, turns on, and off I go. Super easy to fold up too when I need to bring it inside. Really happy with it, no complaints.

How long does shipping usually take for these things? I'm in Rotterdam, trying to figure out when it would arrive if I order this week.
Can I use multiple coupon codes if I have an ANWB discount and then maybe a general promo code?
What's the warranty like on the battery? I'm always worried about those failing after a year.
Hey, thinking about getting an Alpha. Anyone know if there are any deals going on right now? Like, can I snag a discount or something?
Thinking between a Selana and a Xiaomi. Anyone have experience with both? What makes the Selana better, besides the legality?
